This series is a continuation of my previous abstract figural work. However, in the conception of these new sculptures, I am delving deeper into the complexities of what postures communicate between humans. I am instilling a strong continuity between the individual forms by linking the discrete figures along lines on the ground plane. Therefore, whether the emotional energy between the sculptural elements is harmonious or dissonant, a singularity of form exists. Therein, each figural element functions as a small part of a greater whole. This fact suggests that even though we seem to act upon unique impulses, our interactions expose the duality of our archetypal identities.
